The streamer that you will tie will have to be an authentic streamer that Carrie Stevens invented. Hooks of 6x - 8x should be used. Partidge CS15, Mustad 9575, 3665A are some of the hooks that can be used. For patterns, you can find all the information needed on the web and in the book "Carrie Stevens: Maker of Rangeley Favorite Trout and Salmon Flies " that can be found at Amazon.com/B>

Welcome to the Swap "HOMAGE TO CARRIE STEVENS" 2008.

The principal of the swap is simple. You have until February 15th 2008 to register yourself and then you have until March 15th. 2008 to make and send your fly. Dont forget you make as many flies as there is participants and only one model.

Please do not be late in sending in your flies

The flies will have to be individualy packed in zip lock bags witht your name, description and name of fly.

Each participants will assume the cost of shipping and return of the flies. You will have a self addressed envelope with the ammount of stamps required for the return trip included in your shipment. Please do not attache the stamps to the return envelope

You fly will be shown on line at "Le Moucheux"
